Folks in the know have been hip to Rob's tasteful dobro work for many years but the larger audience first heard him when the Blue Highway debut release on Rebel hit in 1995.

Rob now has two solo projects on Rounder to his credit and, in addition to his regular Blue Highway duties, can be heard on dozens of recent bluegrass albums including the Grammy Award winning "The Great Dobro Sessions" and "I Know Who Holds Tomorrow" by Alison Krauss and the Cox Family.

Rob is a four time and the current IBMA Dobro Player of The Year.
